Abstract: This study is devoted to the development of creative spatial infrastructure in an industrial city during the transition to a post-industrial society. The subject of the study is the development of a model of creative space (cluster, quarter) infrastructure in the context of the transition from an industrial to a post-industrial city. The objective of the study is to put forward and substantiate the following hypothesis: on the path to a post-industrial society, the traditional impulses of socio-economic development of industrial cities in old industrial regions are fading, which necessitates the transformation of the urban environment based on the formation of a creative urban infrastructure as a kind of framework that binds the urban space and the creative individual in the creative cluster (quarter). The study applied the following methods: scientific modeling, graph construction, correlation and regression analysis, calculation of index indicators, and also summarized the results of the authors' research studying the issues of the formation and development of creative urban spaces. A model of creative space (urban environment) infrastructure has been developed, recommended for implementation in industrialized Russian cities to provide new development vectors, taking into account modern post-industrial trends.
