Abstract: This research examines the importance and nature of mobile services as a key factor in the development of the banking sector. In today's rapidly evolving environment, banks have been forced to restructure their mobile services, redefining their operations, goals, and purpose. This has led to a new stage of development, benefiting Russian banks and the country's emerging digital society. Mobile services have acted as a catalyst for recovery in the banking sector, with some banks managing to grow their operations through intensive efforts to enhance the capabilities of their advanced apps. The significance of this research lies in the specific use of familiar financial services for quick results via smartphone. According to the NAFI analytical center, 70% of Russians used mobile banking in 2023. Mobile services are used by all segments of society without exception. This paper aims to characterize the competitive situation in the mobile services market and examine the contribution of mobile services to the daily lives of individuals. The objective of the study is to examine the functionality of these services.
