Abstract: The intellectualization of the modern firm is considered as a systemic problem – the problem of retaining the employees of the intellectual firm, which is relevant in the context of the digitalization of the country’s economy, striving for sovereignty. The purpose of the study is to reveal the content of the systemic management aspect of the universal-evolutionary direction of the theory of the intellectual firm. Methodology: systematic approach, theory of systems, comparative analysis, management theory, the concept of universal evolutionism by N.N. Moiseev. Results: to systematize management, it is proposed to use the universal-evolutionary approach to the development of the theory of the intellectual firm, in which the system of the intellectual block of the firm is represented by subsystems of natural intelligence and artificial intelligence, evolving together. Conclusions: raising the issue of the formation of the ratio of subsystems of natural intelligence and artificial intelligence in the system of the intellectual block of the firm, which is most acceptable for all participants in the process of intellectualization of the firm, in the context of the development of the managerial aspect of the theory of the intellectual firm, may be useful for developing measures to reduce social tension when implementing artificial intelligence.
