Abstract: The formation of the Siberian conurbation as a new type of spatial organization requires stable connections between its key elements –settlements, agglomerations, and economic centers. The central component of these connections is the transport infrastructure. It not only ensures physical connectivity of the territory but also promotes economic, social, and cultural integration, making it a strategic resource for development. The application of graph theory to analyze the transport systems of agglomerations within the Siberian conurbation will help develop a transport infrastructure development strategy for the Siberian conurbation, with a focus on the Kemerovo region as a key element of this structure. The study employs theoretical and methodological approaches from social geography, institutional economics, and mobility sociology. It examines the spatial features of transport connectivity, the social structure of population mobility, and digital aspects of transport integration.
