Abstract: A scientific study on this topic is devoted to the importance and essence of mobile services as a factor determining the place of a Russian bank in the financial system. Mobile applications, as the object of research, determine access to account information, performing balance checks, and monitoring the history of other financial transactions. The practical significance of the research is the use of tools to increase the competitiveness of a commercial bank. The proposed measures, the main provisions and the conclusions given in the study will help in this. For example, research results can help identify growth points for mobile services and give an impetus to development in the right direction. In addition, such studies to identify trends in the development of competition are necessary for the Central Bank of Russia for competent information management and regulation of the situation. It will help investors to identify a competitive bank to use their capital in the future. Consumers, in this case, individuals, should determine for themselves the banks with the most user-friendly interface, the efficiency of the service, the quality of services provided and the speed or probability of solving problems without contacting the bank's office.
