Abstract: The article examines the pressing issue of the expansion of corporate telemedicine programs in Russia. Corporate telemedicine programs help to solve a range of business challenges, improve the quality of human potential and increase public welfare. The study aims to systematize the economic effects of telemedicine services in the corporate sector in Russia and to identify ways to enhance the effectiveness of corporate telemedicine programs. Using the content analysis method, the study identifies and describes the micro- and macroeconomic effects of implementing telemedicine services in the Russian corporate sector; the areas of expenditure on the implementation of corporate telemedicine programs were determined; it also presents a classification of telemedicine services for the corporate sector based on their functional focus, including universal platforms for remote consultations, comprehensive medical ecosystems, and integrated corporate solutions. The systematization of data allowed for the generalization of best practices in the application of telemedicine solutions across various industries. The study identifies the most widespread solutions characteristic of successful corporate telemedicine programs. Particular attention is given to the issue of market fragmentation, which creates barriers to widespread adoption, particularly due to regulatory uncertainty, technological incompatibility, and a lack of trust from corporate clients. The necessity of a systematic approach to the development of corporate telemedicine programs is substantiated, which involves the implementation of a set of measures based on a coordinated state policy in the field of healthcare, unification of legislation and platform integration.
