Abstract: Theoretical and practical aspects of management and digitization of business processes in holding structures in conditions of rapid change are discussed. The features of the digitalization of enterprises that are interdependent within holding structures are considered in order to ensure dynamic management, which allows management decisions to be made based on current and reliable data available in the holding in the necessary and sufficient quantities in all areas of personnel responsibility. The purpose of this article is to analyze the specifics of digitalization of enterprises in the context of ongoing changes and propose an approach to designing the transition to digital technologies that takes into account these features. It is shown that the traditional organizational structure has objective difficulties in adequately responding to inevitable failures and problems caused by external factors, as well as difficulties in quickly responding to operational changes occurring in different parts of the business, especially in different functional structures, which, however, connected by common tasks. Priorities and requirements for information technology are formulated to ensure successful and sustainable management of the holding. The possibilities of improving the quality of management are shown, taking into account up-to-date information and operational feedback.
