Abstract: The article analyzes approaches to conducting educational activities in modern universities, which are significant participants in the education market. During the study, an innovative model for personalizing educational services in the system of higher education was developed based on multitrack educational programs. This format combines individual trajectories with traditional linear programs to ensure flexibility in achieving learning outcomes. The article presents an algorithm for implementing multitrack educational programs and identifies limitations associated with this model, as well as describes the benefits of this approach in university settings.
