Abstract: The current stage of development of a market economy is characterized by a significant variety of forms of inter-company interaction and cooperation. At the same time, modern cooperation, in our opinion, should no longer be considered as a simple temporary cooperation of independent economic entities acting together to produce products (services) and realize their own interests. The article is devoted to the analysis of new goals of cooperation that require new approaches to management. The key problems of modern industrial cooperation in the conditions of Kuzbass are identified. The growth of efficiency in the conditions of collaboration of enterprises with a change in the approach to management based on the application of the process model is shown
