Abstract: This article presents an analysis of the main trends in the network structural trans-formation of the Russian economy in combination with an assessment of the impact of external shocks and sanctions on this process, incl. technological restrictions from unfriendly countries. Conclusions are drawn about the preservation of positive trends in the development of network connections in the reproductive, innovation and technological spheres of the economy, in the labor market and consumer goods, in the system of reproduction of human capital during periods of the strongest impact of sanctions and shocks. Comparisons are given of the de-velopment of the collective investment market in Russia and abroad. The object of the study was the network transformation of the economy in its various sectors and industries, the subject was increasing the resistance of the network economy to external shocks and sanctions, as well as the impact of the network transformation of the national economy on its shock resistance as a whole. The purpose of the study is to formulate the main trends in the network transformation of the economy in conditions of shocks caused by changes in structural proportions in favor of collective investment, joint development of new technologies, production and consumption of goods. The article concludes that the network structural trans-formation of the national economy has a positive impact on its comprehensive resistance to shocks and sanctions, thanks to the increased efficiency of production factors as network connections between economic system entities expand.
