Abstract: The article presents an approach to the formation of the concept of network trans-formation of the Russian economy in the context of increasing external shocks and sanction pressure, considers the digital platform of network transformation of the economy, highlights the forms and directions of this process, as well as problems hindering its deployment. The object of the study is formulated as a network transformation of the Russian economy – a multi-level process of structural changes in various types of reproduction, industry, market, and social proportions. The purpose of the study is to formulate the main provisions of the concept of network transformation of the economy in the light of increasing its resistance to external shocks and sanctions from unfriendly countries. The digital platform for the network structural transformation of the Russian economy is considered – as a meso-economic structure that unites domestic producers and consumers of digital goods of Industry 4.0, the state and universities. The formation of digital network production systems for the industrial sector is proposed – ecosystems of a special kind that unite investment, production, infrastructure and intellectual resources of the creators of new technologies of world-class competitiveness
