Abstract: The article deals with the use of information resources in educational institutions. The relevance of information and communication resources in the modern educa-tional environment is due to their effectiveness in achieving the set goals, the effectiveness of the interaction between the sub-jects of the educational process and convenient monitoring of all its stages. On the other hand, the ongoing technocratic development of society is determined not only by material achievements, but also largely depends on the role of the in-dividual in technological progress. Therefore, due attention should be paid to the psychological aspects in the dynamically developing conditions of digitalization in the preparation of students in educational institutions. The purpose of the study is to reveal the influence of information resources on the indicators of the educational process, including its socio-psychological nuances. As research methods, a theoretical analysis of literature in the field of professional activity of a modern educational organization, as well as practical experience in introducing information resources into educational institutions of Kuzbass, was used. The positive results of the integration of information resources into the educational and management processes of educational institutions of various levels are presented. The importance of taking in-to account the socio-psychological component of pedagogical activity is substantiated. The study has confirmed the trend of digitalization of the main and auxiliary processes of an educational organization, as one of the key factors in increasing the efficiency of its activities.
