Abstract: Currently, research in the field of innovative, intellectual and spiritual development is one of the advanced and most relevant issues due to their extreme demand, penetration into all spheres of public life and the government course focused on innovative development and the introduction of new technologies. The purpose of the study is to analyze innovative institutions within which the development of intellectual and spiritual capital and intellectual and spiritual human activity in modern Russia takes place. The methods of formal logic, statistical and comparative analysis, the tabular method, the method of constructing diagrams were used in the study. The work considers the intellectual and spiritual capital and the intellectual and spiritual development of a person in modern economy and society. Innovative institutions of intellectual and spiritual activity and intellectual and spiritual capital of modern Russia are singled out and considered in detail, including in the field of modern information technologies and education. Examples are given that reveal modern trends and recent changes in the development of these institutions, and conclusions are drawn about modern innovative development. The analysis of statistical indicators of innovation activity in the Russian economy is carried out.
