Abstract: The development of the social management component of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (the use of a neural network and artificial intelligence for decision-making, Big Data analysis for planning and forecasting) should receive a new impetus with the advent of Industry 5.0 from the late 2020s. The very human-centric concept of the Fifth Industrial Revolution involves the development of envi-ronmentally and socially responsible investment in mining enterprises, the transition to which is possible based on full digitalization and artificial intellectualization of business process management and design. The research hypothesis turns out to be that the development of the mining sectors of the economy based on Industry 5.0 technologies (Mining 5.0) makes it possible to determine the scope of labor productivity, characteristic volumes for Industry 4.0 and Mining 4.0, largely due to new opportunities for improving organizational and managerial blocking and busi-ness design . The article previously provided an overview of Mining 5.0 technologies in the business process management system of mining enterprises, including their relationship with ESG investment.
