Abstract: In the modern economy, the dynamics of macroeconomic indicators are increasingly influenced by the forces overlooking both traditional cycle theories and a generally accepted understanding of non-economic factors – trade wars, political crises, pandemics. As a result, long-term macroeconomic stability, the key of which is considered to be the sustainability of national financial and, above all, the banking system to external shocks is subject to question, and its main way to ensure that the macrovatial policy weighted, taking into account the risks, is deprived of an advanced scientific justification. In this regard, the relevance of the study of the new agenda for the development of macroprudential policies, related to the new long-term trends of economic development – informatization, environmentalization, inclusiveness is increasing. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to determine the paths of transition of macroprudential policies in the DIG-trend in the development of the country's financial system. The tasks that should find a solution in achieving this goal are subject to such as the definition of links between the cyclic economic and non-economic factors of the stability of the financial system, the identification of the specifics of macroprudential policies, depending on the phases of the economic cycle. The results of the study presented in this article make it possible to positively assess such proposed measures for the development of macroprudential policy in line with DIG-agenda, as tracking and avoiding cyber risks, the development of digital competences of bank employees, expanding bank lending to small and medium-sized businesses, "green" projects in industry, As well as the introduction of the "green" financing institutions in the requirements of banking supervision.
