Abstract: The problem of the ecology of the innovative development of the economy is of particular relevance in the context of an increase in the consumption of untapped resources, which accompanies scientific and technological progress and con-sumption growth. And the exit of mankind beyond the limits of the earthly envi-ronment raises the question of innovations in the ecological sphere of a systemic preventive nature, which allows us to focus on work in the field of the "space" economy, focused on the development of other planets. In this regard, the article substantiates the need for a forecast of a new world economic order based on a system of economic institutions of "co-ownership" of biosphere resources as the property of all mankind. The authors propose to form proposals for innovative development, anticipating environmental problems at the cosmo-planetary level. To implement such a strategy, when creating economic institutions, it is recommended to use the methodology of "Russian cosmism", in the works of the founders of which the intended co-evolutionary orientation of nature management is proved. The article emphasizes the need for astronautics economic entities to be linked to large industrial enterprises, which corresponds to international standards of the space and environmental industry for various types of innovations. It is noted that such a development of the educational system will not be supported by the transition to external information restoration, if the latter is aimed at changing human thinking with machine intelligence, which will be followed by a situation when a person ceases to be a subject responsible for maintaining environmental conditions even for himself. myself. The scientific provisions presented in the article are recommended for solving environmental problems that arise in the field of industrial production when creating information technologies.
