Abstract: In the conditions of the modern economy, the needs of involvement in the contin-uation of labor activity of the population of the older age group are actualized as a result of the aging of the population, as a consequence - the reduction in supply in the labor market. Digitalization in this process causes significant effects in changing labor practices through the formation of new forms and skills of employment. The purpose of this work is to analyze the involvement of the population of the older age group in new "digital" forms of employment - remote employment and to analyze the relationship between resilience and the demand for digital technologies among older people using the example of the Tomsk region. The main results of the sociological measurement of the results of the survey "Life of people of the older generation-2021", conducted in April 2021 in the Tomsk region among respondents aged 55 to 92 years old, were obtained using the SPSS-26 statistical package. As a result of the study, it was found that: 1) the motive for continuing labor activity at an older age is the need to obtain additional income; 2) the population aged 55+ is largely insufficiently involved in a new form of employment, does not have competencies in the framework of digital employment and does not want to form them; 3) the availability and possibility of using information technologies allows an elderly person to feel more confident and with optimism to endure destabilizing events in life; 4) crowdsourcing technologies may well be used in the design of tools to strengthen the resilience of older people in the direction of increasing the demand and expanding the use of information devices, in particular, in the process of involving them in a new form of employment.
Key words: New form of employment remote employment resilience older people crowdsourced technologies
