Abstract: For the formation of a new world economic order, ecological and economic princi-ples of industrial production are proposed, which at the global level will reduce its environmental and economic costs and, while preserving the biosphere, will ensure the economic efficiency of nature management. With the involvement of the works of representatives of "Russian cosmism", it is shown that the preservation of the biosphere must be considered in the system of cosmic-natural unity. Authors analyze the reasons that slow down the transition to a global environmentally friendly mega-economy, despite the fact that information technologies already allow this transition to be carried out. For a more complete coverage of the concept of "living economy", proposed to prevent environmental problems in space exploration, links are given to previous works of the authors.
