Abstract: This article shows the role of economic analysis and its importance in the management of the enterprise, including its aspects such as accounting, planning, monitoring key indicators of economic efficiency, decision-making and their implementation. Economic analysis is disclosed as the most important corporate tool for improving the investment, accounting, financial and marketing policy of the enterprise. Along with an overview of the methods of economic analysis, the article discusses the factors that may affect the business activity of the enterprise and, therefore, act as an analysis object. The special role of computerization and digitalization of economic analysis in the process of improving its improvement is disclosed. It is determined that the integrated implementation of the functions of economic analysis is possible in the construction and economic, financial, organizational, marketing and marketing indicators of the enterprise.
