Abstract: At the present stage of agricultural development, the role of expanding the sales market, which is seen as an indispensable condition for attracting investment in the technical and technological modernization of the industry, increasing employment and budget revenues at all levels, is multiplying. At present, the points of growth in sales of agricultural products and the agricultural sector of the national economy as a whole are logistics centers – the hubs, which form commodity and transport flows at the national, regional and local levels, stimulating the processing of agricultural products. The article considers the assessment of the role of the logistics centers of the agricultural sector and their impact on the competitiveness of products (for example, the southern region of Kyrgyzstan), as well as the need for investment design for the creation of a logistics center with investment from the Kyrgyz-Russian Fund.
