Abstract: A process approach based on the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 “Quality management systems. Requirements” defines the relationship of the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) of the educational process through the accounting and analysis of customer requirements. In this regard, automating the processes of collecting, analyzing and assessing the satisfaction of consumers of educational services based on the use of information and analytical technologies (IAT) with the inclusion of an analytical module in the structure of the information management system in the QMS is an urgent task of the educational organization. The article provides an analysis of the practical aspects of introducing information and analytical technologies in the QMS of an educational organization on the example of T.F. Gorbachev Kuzbass State Technical University (KuzSTU). A review of existing approaches to improving the QMS of educational organizations, which allowed to determine the main directions of automation tasks (functions): analysis and evaluation of customer satisfaction and the implementation of a task management system. Analysis of the results of using IAT in the quality management system of KuzSTU showed the effectiveness of managing the main university processes by automating tasks, controlling processes and implementing feedback from consumers. The implemented management approach (and technology) to improve the QMS in KuzSTU can be recommended for use by other educational organizations.
