Abstract: The article presents approaches to state regulation of the national blockchain system. The experience of the formation and regulation of blockchain technologies is analysed on the example of the strategies of a number of States, and their respective actions are "digital society" (Estonia), "digital competitiveness" (Denmark), "digital normative certainty" (Malta), "digital leadership" (Australia), "digital well-being" (UAE) and "digital dominance" (China). They described the peculiarities of the development of national blockchain systems through the lens of mutual cooperation between the state, business and society, and the role of dialogue in the professional community on promising directions of application of technology for the state, scientific communities and the entrepreneur sector.
