Abstract: The article is devoted to the research of the dynamics of the inventive activity’s indicator in regions, where industrial clusters operate. The purpose of this research is to identify patterns of development and to determine whether the interrelation of inventive activity’s indicators and value indicators exists in the industries in the regions. The relevance of the work lies in the possibility of forecasting the market's development of the latest production and high technologies. The study is based on the analysis of inventive activity’s indicators of the regions and value indicators of mining and manufacturing industries in the dynamics, as well as the identification of the correlation between these indicators. The object of the research is a system of interconnections arising in the market of the latest production and high technologies that are the subject of inventive activity. The subject of the research is a process of identifying patterns of development and the existence of dependency of inventive activity’s indicators and value indicators in industries in the regions. The research has shown: the intensification of inventive activity in the regions is due to the development of industrial production; a type of industrial property object registered with Rospatent depends on regional needs, taking into account the developed areas of economic activity in the region; value indicators of production by industry and inventive activity's indicators of the regions have a close correlation and are characterized by inversely proportional dependence; a variation in value indicators by industry affects the change in the inventive activity's indicators in the region.
