Abstract: The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the transition to a new digital con-cept of development in the context of economic restructuring. First of all, the con-cept of digitalization of the Russian economy obliges regional and local authorities to switch to the “one-window” principle in managing the social-and-economic pro-cesses of the region. This will make it possible to combine measures of technolog-ical modernization of the economy and improvement of the investment climate of the regions to solve the problem of developing mechanisms for attracting investors to the creation and implementation of projects for industrial, financial, social and infrastructural development of territories. An important means of informing investors about the economic potential of the region and municipalities are investment portals and specialized websites. In this regard, the article provides recommendations on the formation of the information environment for the presentation of regional invest-ment projects to investors on the web portals of the region.
