Abstract: The aim of the work is to evaluate the technical and technological componentы of the economic security of a coal company (based on materials of “Kuzbassrazugol” Coal Company) and to develop measures for its improvement. The analysis re-vealed that the economic security of the enterprise is influenced by both external and internal factors. According to the results, a few measures were proposed, which introduction will allow the coal company to raise the level of the technical and tech-nological components of its economic security. Theoretical positions can be inter-esting for students, graduate students, doctoral students, teachers and profession-als involved in economic security. The measures developed to raise the level of the technical and technological component of the economic security of “Kuzbassrazugol” Coal Company can be used in the coal enterprises management.
