Abstract: Modernization transformations of scientific and technical landmarks are reflected in key areas of business entities, as targeted changes that ensure an increase in the competitiveness of an enterprise, an increase in its efficiency. That is possible by strengthening the positive influence of a number of factors and minimizing the negative impacts on the management, development and regulation of the degree of innovation activity of an enterprise.
