Abstract: The issues related to the involvement of enterprises specializing in the extraction and enrichment of building materials in the development of regional infrastructure are considered. As a rule, the revitalization of such enterprises for the period of targeted state programs implementation involves the need to attract investments in increasing their production capacity. The issues of substantiation of the choice of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of attracting investments for the activation of regional mining enterprises for the extraction of building materials for the periods of infrastructure development programs implementation in the regions are considered. The model of estimating the variants of investment interaction of mining and construction companies engaged in realization of programs on development of infrastructure of regions is described.
