Abstract: The article shows the relationship between the development of convergent information technologies and the level of social well-being of the population. In Russia, it is necessary to create conditions for continuous well-being which is determined not by the high social transfers, but by the opportunity for citizens to use accumulated professional experience for a long time. To do this accelerated diffusion and commercialization of innovative convergent technologies, combining education, consulting services, design, medicine and information networks are necessary. Convergent technologies are formed in the network clusters and contribute to the formation of continuous well-being among the specialists who use them for the whole life.
