Abstract: To prevent cataclysms that affect civilization because of climate change, the theoretical bases of the algorithm for the economic management of environmental crises prevention caused by the development of carbon dioxide effect have been developed. The basic provisions on the assessment of the ecological and economic crisis are given, which allow taking actions in advance that exclude the need to create an artificial habitat. An original approach to the formation of crisis-free options for climate management strategies is proposed. These strategies include ecological-and-economic model and the mechanism of market regulation of the relationships between the actors participating in this process.
