Abstract: Precondition for the innovative development of Arctic zone of mesoeconomics of Russian Far East is population continuous wellbeing. Arctic zone of Russian Far East has a unique geopolitical, natural resource and social-and-economic potential. To ensure the development of innovative mesoeconomics it is necessary to improve the demographic situation, upgrade life conditions, social- and-economic conditions for business activities and, finally, wellbeing level of the population in Arctic zone of Russian Far East. It was noted that the continuous wellbeing acts as an important feature of innovative mesoeconomics in the process of intensive information tech-nologies development. The authors conclude that the continuous social wellbeing is inextricably connected with radical changes in the role of labor as the factor of pro-duction..
